ODA is at a very critical juncture. Global forces are brushing away ODA, and we may face the end of ODA as we know it. The evaluation function must step up to remain relevant. It is about the utility of the evaluation function. Showing impact is the key.

Economist with extensive experience in evaluation in international cooperation. Key dimensions of my profile:
Advising on evaluation functions, including peer reviews of evaluation functions, as well as conducting quality assessments of evaluation reports;
Conducting strategic, thematic and project evaluations and reviews at the country and headquarters levels;
Knowledge of development cooperation (bilateral, UN agencies, foundations NGOs)
