Call for Proposal: MSF Meta Evaluation

The Stockholm Evaluation Unit (SEU) is calling for proposals for a meta-evaluation that will seek to assess completed evaluations carried out between 2017-2022 that the SEU has managed at the request of or directly and significantly involving MSF’s Operational Centre Brussels (OCB).

Evaluation period: May 2022 – October 2022

Requirements: Interested applicants with the right profile/s should submit 1) A proposal describing how to carry out this evaluation (including budget in a separate file), 2) a CV, and 3) a written sample from previous work
Deadline: No later than 23:59hrs CET on April 24th, 2022
