Evaluation of funding instrument IKI Invest of International Climate Initiative (IKI)
IKI’s funding instrument IKI Invest is due to be evaluated with a focus on accountability as per §7 Bundeshaushaltsordnung (BHO) as well as the added criterion of planning and steering. It will encompass two country case studies with field visits as well as 8 project-based case studies with remote data gathering.

Framework agreement for IKI final reviews
IKI projects are to be evaluated remotely with the aim of accountability. In addition, the results are to be aggregated and analysed in two cluster and two country analyses. Prioritised DAC criteria are effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.
